1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, services, or products of NeXbit LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the site or use our services.

2.Modifications

NeXbit LTD reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after such changes implies your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

3.Use of Services

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the site.

4.Quotations and Orders

Quotations, build sheets and price indications are invitations to treat, not binding offers. A contract of sale is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation or invoice.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, or for fourteen (14) days where no period is stated. Component pricing and availability move frequently; where a quoted item becomes unavailable or materially changes in price before order confirmation, we will contact you with alternatives rather than substitute silently.

5.Pricing and Errors

All prices are stated exclusive of applicable taxes, duties and delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Taxes are applied at the rate in force on the invoice date.

Prices and specifications are published in good faith but may contain errors. Where an obvious pricing or specification error is identified before dispatch, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order and will notify you promptly. If an order is cancelled for this reason, any amount already paid for the affected items will be refunded in full.

6.Product Descriptions

We take care to describe products accurately, but manufacturer specifications, revisions and packaging change without notice. Illustrations, renders and component photographs are indicative only and do not form part of the contract.

Where a manufacturer revises a component during the life of a build, we may supply an equivalent or superior part of the same class. Material substitutions will always be confirmed with you before dispatch.

7.Delivery, Installation and Risk

Delivery and installation dates are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk in goods passes to you on delivery to the address you specify, or on collection. Title in goods does not pass until payment has been received in full.

Where installation is included, you are responsible for providing safe and timely site access, adequate power, and any structural or landlord permissions required for mounting hardware such as cameras, cabling or access-control equipment.

8.Warranty and RMA

Hardware carries the warranty offered by its manufacturer. We administer warranty and RMA claims on your behalf for the duration of that manufacturer cover; we do not extend or replace it, and this does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty cover excludes damage arising from misuse, accident, liquid ingress, electrical surge, unauthorised repair, or removal or defacement of serial numbers. Consumable and wear items — including batteries, thermal paste, fans and keyboard switches subject to normal wear — may carry shorter or no cover.

Opening a sealed component, or modifying a system we assembled, may void the manufacturer warranty. Contact us before doing so and we will advise.

9.Returns and Refunds

Faulty or misdescribed goods may be returned. Notify us within seven (7) days of delivery for goods damaged in transit or dead on arrival, and retain the original packaging where possible.

Custom-assembled systems, special-order components and any item configured to your specification are non-returnable except where faulty, because they cannot be restocked.

Where a return is accepted for reasons other than fault, goods must be unused, complete and in original packaging, and a restocking charge may apply. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period of the returned goods being received and inspected.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and layout — is the property of NeXbit LTD unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Third-party trade marks and product names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

11.User Submissions

Any information you submit through our forms — including enquiries, waitlist registrations and requirements documents — must be accurate and must not infringe the rights of any third party.

12.Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website.

13.Service Availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

14.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeXbit LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including loss of profit, data, or business interruption — arising from the use of our website, services, or goods.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

15.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through the applicable courts located in Uttara, Dhaka.
