What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

  1. 1.Introduction

NeXbit LTD ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use our website, enquire about hardware, engage our services, or otherwise interact with us online.

  2. 2.Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

    • Personal information such as your name, email address and phone number
    • Company details and role, where you provide them in a business enquiry
    • Requirements information you share so we can prepare a quotation — for example headcount, workloads, site details or floor plans
    • Order and transaction records, including delivery addresses and invoice history
    • Usage data such as pages visited, browser type and IP address
    • Marketing preferences, including waitlist registrations
    • Cookies and tracking data
    • Anything you voluntarily submit through our contact or waitlist forms
  3. 3.How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

    • Respond to enquiries and prepare quotations and build sheets
    • Fulfil orders, arrange delivery and installation, and provide support
    • Administer warranty and RMA claims on your behalf
    • Notify you when the hardware division opens, if you joined the waitlist
    • Improve our website and services
    • Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
  4. 4.Waitlist Registrations

If you join the hardware launch waitlist, we store your email address and any interest you select for the sole purpose of telling you when ordering opens. We do not add you to a general newsletter.

You can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing us. If you have not placed an order within 24 months of registering, we delete the record.

  5. 5.Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager (container GTM-P7J2LFJ6), to understand usage and improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some functionality.

  6. 6.Service Providers

We use third-party processors to operate parts of our service. Form submissions from this website — contact enquiries and waitlist registrations — are processed by Formspree, which transmits them to our email. Analytics are processed by Google. These providers process data on our instructions and are bound by their own privacy terms.

  7. 7.Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with suppliers, couriers or installers strictly where necessary to fulfil your order, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.

  8. 8.CCTV and Customer Sites

Where we supply and install camera or access-control equipment, you remain the controller of any footage and access records that system produces. We do not retain, monitor or access your footage unless you explicitly engage us to do so in writing.

You are responsible for meeting your own notification, signage and retention obligations for any surveillance system operating on your premises.

  9. 9.Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  10. 10.Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, request its deletion, or object to certain processing. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

  11. 11.International Compliance

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) applies to our processing of your information, we aim to meet the relevant obligations, including responding to verified access and deletion requests.

  12. 12.Third-Party Links

Our website may link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

  13. 13.Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
